Have a Wonderful Weekend
Soon, hopefully soon, we will bask in the sunlight. We definitely need it to warm up a little...or a lot! Next week the weather is supposed to improve. Also, next week our Grade 8 students will be spending time in the nation's capital. That's right, we are heading to Ottawa to see the sites, experience the culture and study history as we know it today. In the meantime, our Grade 6 students will begin the EQAO provincial assessment of Reading, Writing and Mathematics. This standardized assessment takes place each year at this time. Keep in mind that next Friday June 3 is a Professional Activity Day, so there is no school for our students. The following week, our Grade 3 students will take their opportunity to complete the EQAO assessment. Our Track and Field event has been postponed to June 6. It is hard to believe it is almost June. For now, have a wonderful weekend.
